1) Submit a takedown notice
Send an email to demo@gmail.com containing:
- Your contact details and authority (if representing a rights holder).
- Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to be infringed.
- URLs to the allegedly infringing material on Playxim.
- A statement of good faith belief that use is not authorized by the rights holder, agent, or law.
- A statement that the information is accurate, and under penalty of perjury, you are authorized to act.
- A physical or electronic signature.
2) Counter-notification
If you believe your content was removed due to mistake or misidentification, email demo@gmail.com with:
- Your contact details.
- Identification of the removed content and its previous URL.
- A statement under penalty of perjury that the removal was a mistake or misidentification.
- Your consent to jurisdiction (provide your address and applicable court info).
- Your physical or electronic signature.
3) Repeat infringers
In line with applicable law, we may disable or terminate accounts of repeat infringers.
