- Fraud, spam, artificial traffic or attempts to bypass per-IP view limits or integrity checks.

4) Earnings & payouts
Earnings are based on counted views, enforcement of per-IP limits, and anti-abuse checks. See the Earnings Policy for rates, timing, holds, and disputes.
5) Takedowns & disputes
We may remove content or suspend accounts that violate these Terms or the law. For copyright claims, see our DMCA Policy.
6) Service changes
We may modify or discontinue features with notice where feasible. We are not liable for outages beyond our reasonable control.
7) Disclaimers & limitation of liability
The Services are provided “as is”. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Playxim disclaims warranties and limits liability for indirect or consequential damages.
8) Termination
You may stop using the Services at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for violations or risk to the platform.
